Thank you for visiting this website at site address (the “Site”). The Site is offered by E-Line Media (“we” or “us”). This policy covers how we treat the information we collect and receive from users of the Site (“users” or “you”). Our goal is to provide you with an enjoyable experience in support of the Challenge that complies with various privacy guidelines such as the United States Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the European Union General Data Privacy Regulation (GDPR).
This Privacy Policy is effective as of February 16, 2021. In the future, the Site or our practices may change. When we make changes related to privacy, we will revise this Privacy Policy to reflect the changes. We’ll post the updated version here. If we think the changes will significantly impact your use of the Site or the treatment of information you have already provided, we will also notify you and ask that you review and consent to the new policy.

- We do not collect more information from our users than is reasonably necessary to provide services and Site functionality that the users have chosen to use;
- Though we do collect a limited amount of information about you, we generally do not collect enough personal data through the Site to allow us to identify specific persons in the real world;
- We do not use or share personal data for advertising purposes, including not using personal data to engage in so-called “behavioral advertising”;
- At your request, we will provide you with a copy of the information we have about you, correct any errors in that information or remove it from our systems.
Information We Collect
Information you provide us with your consent
Date of birth at registration: During account registration, we may ask for your date of birth. This information is used only at that time to place you into the correct competition age division and is not stored in our system.
Emails at registration: During account registration, we ask for, collect and store an email address for each user. If a user is below the legal age of majority in their place of residence, this must be the email address of the user’s parent or legal guardian. This address is only ever used for the following purposes:
- To send an account confirmation email to the address at the time of registration;
- To contact you regarding your submission to the competition, including to contact you if you are determined to be a potential winner at the conclusion of the judging period.
Support requests: You may have the option of providing us with an email address in the event you initiate a support request. If you provide us with an email address in this situation, we will only use it to contact you with regard to your support request and will remove it from our system at your request.
Optional anonymous demographic information: During the submission process, we ask for and store certain optional demographic information about the challenge entrant, for example geographic location (at the country/state/territory level), gender, age, and how the entrant heard about the competition. This data is used only for statistical analysis purposes in aggregated and anonymized ways. Providing the data is strictly optional and it is not shared with anyone involved in the judging of your submission. Providing the data, or choosing not to, has no effect on the judging of your submission. Though we may make aggregated or anonymized data publicly available (for instance in public reports we publish about the competition) and share it with sponsors and partners, we will not do so in ways that would allow a third party to associate data with a specific real person.
Information you provide with your submission: The competition rules prohibit the inclusion of personally identifiable information with your submission. We do not ask for or seek such information and inclusion of it may result in disqualification of your submission. That being said, if you do include such information with your submission in contravention of this policy, you should have no expectation of privacy with regard to it.
Teacher contact information: If you are an educator over the age of eighteen (18), you have the option of providing us with your name and email address in order to obtain a special registration link for your students. If you choose to take advantage of this feature, we will store you name and email address in our system. We will use this information only to contact your regarding the competition, including regarding your students' submssions to the competition, for instance to send you an email with a copy of your student registration link and to contact you if one of your students is determined to be a potential winner at the conclusion of the judging period.
